Some of you were worried about me during Hurricane Rita. Some of you weren’t worried, but assumed West Texas at least got some rain from the storm. Well, West Texas is basically a dry, dusty, barren desert. It rarely rains here. When it does rain, the water doesn’t soak in to the earth because the ground is hard as a rock because it is full of caleche. I took these pictures for ano
