So.I’m not sure what’s in the water but I have been awarded the Nice Matters award by–get this– FOUR people.I’d say it’s not their fault because they don’t know me in real life. Except, one of the awarders is my dear friend Kirsten and I must admit that she knows me very well.
Considering that I (jokingly) threatened a doctor the other day by telling him, “I took twenty years off of Dr. —’s life and so help me God, I’ll do the same for you!” I am not certain I really deserve this award. But I really WAS joking (sort of) and I really DO try to be nice to all of the people who gave me the award because I pink puffy heart all of them.
So, maybe I can wrap by mind around being a recipient of an award that celebrates how nice I am. Or maybe I can just sit back and giggle at how I’ve got everybody fooled.
Thank you to Jill, aka_Monty, Tere, and Kirsten for telling everyone they think I am nice. But I suspect the award says more about how nice they are than it says about me. I couldn’t ask to be recognized by nicer people.

1. Jellyhead because she does the pajama dance to make me smile when I am being a pain in the rump feeling blue.
2. Eunice because I lurve her and her beautiful daughter and because she’s read my blog for so long and I really can’t figure out why — except that she is being nice.
3. Heidi because she always leaves such nice comments.
4. Sweetie because she’s sweet.
5. Sharon because she’s my best friend and she draws pictures for me to make me smile and she lets me play with her hair and because she answers her phone and talks to me Every. Single. Day.
